AG Tech will pull all the transactions posted in a reservation once the hotel checks out that reservation. AG Tech will generate an invoice on their end based on the transaction pulled and will send the invoice generated to Cloudbeds in the "Government Receipt" tab with a link to the AG Tech extranet; the hotel will need to log in and download the PDF.

AG Tech can also generate credit notes and post them in Cloudbeds in the same "Government Receipt" tab.

Alegra by sHub retrieves reservation, guest and transaction data from Cloudbeds PMS with the purpose of issuing fiscal invoices and automatically performs the posting of sales (invoice) and payments (payment receipts) to Alegra®️ accounting software. The generated invoices are posted to the 'Government Receipt' submenu under Reservation → Documents in Cloudbeds PMS.

This app can also send guest reports to TRA (Accommodation Registration Card) by the Colombian Ministry of Tourism or SIRE (Foreigner Registration Information System) by the Immigration Services.

As soon as the hotel changes a reservation's status to check-out, we notify Sifactura. They will get all the transactions from that reservation and issue an invoice validated with Hacienda in Chile; Sifactura will post the invoice back to Cloudbeds in a tab called "Government Receipt."

In the digital night register, anonymous stay over data is automatically processed via Cloudbeds and converted into valuable insights. These insights are used for benchmarking, research & statistics and city marketing. Furthermore, the data is also used to automate the mandatory monthly CBS statistics for Dutch properties.
