Quick login checks

Stuck at login?

  1. Try an Incognito or Private window. In Chrome, use Ctrl+Shift+N on Windows or Cmd+Shift+N on a Mac. If login works there, clear the cache and cookies in your regular browser window.
  2. Use the direct login page. Go to https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/auth instead of using a search result or an old bookmark.
  3. Retype your email address. Delete the saved value and enter the registered email manually to avoid an autofill or typing error.
  4. Ask a property admin to check your user status. They can review your account under Account > Settings > Users and confirm whether it must be reactivated or updated.

Continue with the full login instructions if these checks do not resolve the issue.

Other login methods

Depending on the options enabled for your account, you may be able to sign in without using a separate Cloudbeds password:

Before using Google or Apple sign-in: The email address on the Google or Apple account must exactly match the email registered in the Cloudbeds user profile. Ask a property admin to verify the registered email if login fails.

Google and Apple sign-in use the security configured for the external account and may reduce the number of separate credentials you need to manage.

Need help while signing in? A chat assistant is available on the login page 24 hours a day. Open the chat for immediate login guidance.

Tips for a smooth login

  • Bookmark the direct login page. This helps prevent opening an unrelated marketing or ambassador page from a search result.
  • Retype a recently changed password. Your browser may still be filling in the previous password.
  • Keep your browser and operating system updated. Older versions can cause performance or compatibility issues.

Verify your account with MFA

Cloudbeds uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add a second layer of security to the login process.

First-time MFA setup

During your first login, Cloudbeds may ask you to configure a verification method. Available options may include an authentication app, such as Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, or verification by phone.

A new property completing onboarding may see Continue or Skip because MFA was already configured during onboarding. Review Account Activation and Login Updates - Frequently Asked Questions for details.

Verify with an authentication app

If MFA is already configured, complete the verification using one of the available options:

  1. Select Get a Push notification to send a request to your phone, or select the option to enter a verification code.
  2. To receive push notifications automatically during future logins, select Send Push automatically.

  3. For a push request, open the Okta Verify app and select Yes, It's Me.

  4. For code verification, open the authentication app and enter the displayed code.

Verify by phone

  1. Select the option to receive a verification code by SMS.
  2. Enter the received code.
  3. Select Verify

After successful verification, Cloudbeds signs you in to the account.

Choose a property or organization

Organization and multi-property users

Users with access to an Organization or multiple properties may see the Property/Organization Selector after completing login.

Select one of the following:

  1. Select a property to open its property-level account.
  2. Select an organization to open its organization page.

Cloudbeds opens the selected property or organization in a new browser tab.

For details about organization access, review Organization user permissions and Add or edit organization users.

Troubleshoot login issues

Complete the following checks when you cannot access Cloudbeds PMS:

  1. Open the official login page. Use https://hotels.cloudbeds.com/auth.
  2. Type your password manually. Remove any saved password before entering the current one.
  3. Update your browser. Older versions can prevent successful login.
  4. Try Incognito or Private mode. If login works, clear the cache and cookies in the regular browser window.
  5. Temporarily disable browser extensions. An extension may be interfering with the login page.
  6. Reset your password if you have forgotten it or the saved password does not work.

Temporary account lockout

After 20 failed password attempts, the user account is temporarily locked for five minutes. The affected user receives an email, and other users at the property are not affected.

If the issue continues, follow How to Handle Log-In Issues and share the troubleshooting results with Cloudbeds Support.

Next Operational Step

After signing in successfully, select the property or organization that matches the work you need to complete and confirm that the expected account page opens.
