Organizations - Everything you need to know

If several properties are added to one group, they become an Organization.

Organizations allow owners to manage all their different properties in Cloudbeds PMS, as well as define which sections their users can access within the platform.

To request an Organization for your properties, reach out to our Support Team.

Benefits

  • Organizations streamline operations to have a better view and control over your organization
  • Create and organize multiple users based on roles and where they operate
  • Organization Owner and Admins are allowed to switch between properties within a group
  • Create permissions and transfer users across multiple properties
  • Customize different roles by enabling or disabling their permissions
  • Availability Matrix with multiple properties: Check availability and pricing across the board for all of the properties for which you have permission to access, as well as the option to update rates, set price differentials, and add long-term intervals. They are all on the same page.

The Organization Log is available to Organization Owners, Organization Admins, and Super Admins. It appears as a tab in the Logs section of Cloudbeds PMS.

The property-level View Activity Logs permission does not control access to the Organization Log.

Eligible users can access the Organization Log from the Logs section to review organization-level activity.

Each Organization has a unique subdomain that organization users can use to sign in to the organization-level /manage landing page. This page serves as a central hub for accessing the properties and organization-level records within the group.
