How to Log In to Cloudbeds PMS

You can log in to your Cloudbeds PMS account from any browser. This article will guide you through the login process and provide helpful tips to prevent common login issues.

How to Log in to Cloudbeds PMS 

Step 1 - Access the Login Page

  1. Access Cloudbeds website
  2. Click on the Login button
  3. Enter your Cloudbeds account email and password
  4. Click to Login

 

Tips for a Smooth Login

  • Use the correct Cloudbeds login link: Sometimes, if you search for Cloudbeds in Google and use that link to log in, you may be redirected to the Ambassador page instead. To avoid this, bookmark the official Cloudbeds login page and access it directly from your browser.
  • Check your saved password: if you recently changed your password but it wasn't saved in your browser correctly, auto-fill option will pull the old password, and you cannot log in. Delete the auto-filled password, type in the new one manually, and update your saved credentials.
  • Keep your browser and system updated: Outdated browsers and systems can cause performance issues and prevent you from logging in. Regularly check for browser updates to ensure smooth access to Cloudbeds PMS.

Step 2 - Verify your Account (Multi-factor Authentication)

For security reasons, you are required to use a multi-factor authentication method.

  1. Click to Send a Push notification (a verification message to your phone) or Enter a code to verify the login. 
    • Tip: If you'd prefer to receive the push notification automatically the next time you log in, check the box to Send Push automatically.
  1. If Send Push was selected, open the Okta app on your phone and respond to the push notification by clicking "Yes, It's Me".
  1. If "enter a code" was selected, open the Okta app on your phone and enter the code you see in the app:

 

Once verified, you will be logged in Cloudbeds PMS.

Step 3 - Choose your property or organization (for Organizations or Multiproperty Users only)

If you have an Organization or have access to multiple accounts under one single user login, you will be redirected after the login page to a Property/Organization Selector, where you can either:

  1. Select a property to login OR
  2. Select the Organization page you want to login

With the selector you can choose which login page you want to land, as an Organization user or as the property-level user you select. A new tab will be opened with the main hotel page or Organization page you choose.

Having Trouble Logging in?

Before contacting support, check the following:

  1. Use the official Cloudbeds login link

  2. Type your password manually

  3. Update your browser - outdated versions can prevent successfull login.

  4. Try incognito mode - if successfull, clear your browser’s cache and cookies in the regular mode to remove outdated data.

  5. Disable browser extensions

  6. Reset your password - if you’ve forgotten it or still can’t log in with the saved one.

Security note: After six (6) failed password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. This affects only your user — others will still have access. You’ll receive an email notifying you of the lockout and you will have to wait the 30 minutes to login again.
