Background
- Any cash payments in other currencies can be stored in an open cash drawer and they will be displayed in the same cash drawer.
- Transactions will be displayed without conversion to local currency as they are the representation of the physical cash.

- When closing the cash drawer, you will be able to:
- Add Drawer Balance and Cash Drop in each currency
- See the currencies separately in the summary section

You can add a cash payment into the open cash drawer in other currencies.
Once you open your cash drawer:
- Click Add Cash
- Choose the currency that you want to add the cash
- Add the desired amount
- Add a note if necessary
- Click Add Cash to confirm


While you can add cash in other currencies, you can also remove the cash from the drawer in other currencies:
- Click Remove Cash
- Choose the currency that you want to remove the cash
- Add the desired amount
- Add a note if necessary
- Click Remove Cash to confirm


To filter the currency in the cash drawer, you can use the filter option to display the transactions only in chosen currencies.

When closing a cash drawer, you will be able to provide the current balance in each currency. Please check step by step below:
- Click the Cash Drawer icon and select Close Cash Drawer

Balance
- Select the drawer that you want to close
- Fill in the current balance in each currency
- Add notes if needed
- Click Continue

Cash Drop
Cash Drop is the amount that you are withdrawing from the ending balance.
- Fill in the amounts that you want to drop in each currency
- Add notes if needed
- Click Continue

Summary
On this step you will be able to see the summary in each currency. You can either print or close the cash drawer report.

Cashier Report
Any closed cash drawer can be found in the Cashier Report. You will see the expected starting & ending balance, starting and ending cash balance, amount received and cash drop in all currencies.
- When using the option Email or Export To (PDF or Excel), the amount of transactions will always be displayed in your property's default currency.
- At the moment, other reports (Daily Revenue Report, Transactions Report, Daily Financial Report, etc) will always show the amount of transactions in your property's default currency.
