Overview

If you're managing multiple properties under a Cloudbeds Organization, you may have accessed the legacy reports available on the Organization page. These reports were originally designed to offer quick, per-property insights — but they’re now retired.

We phased out Legacy Organization Reports as part of our transition to a more advanced reporting infrastructure. To ensure accuracy and better business decisions, we strongly recommend using Cloudbeds Insights, our modern reporting solution built to support multi-property operations at scale.

Cloudbeds Insights offers:

Real-time, reliable data from your PMS and accounting engine
Multi-property filters for consolidated portfolio analysis
Custom report building to match your business goals

As of October 22, 2025, legacy Organization Reports have been officially decommissioned and are no longer accessible. Use Cloudbeds Insights for accurate and comprehensive multi-property reporting.

Legacy reports and their Cloudbeds Insights counterparts

The table below shows which reports were previously available through the Organization page and which Insights report(s) you should use going forward. In many cases, the Insights version offers more detailed fields, filters, and improved accuracy.

Most Cloudbeds Insights reports can be found under the Reporting section in your PMS.

Filtering data by property in Cloudbeds Insights

Most multi-property reports in Cloudbeds Insights allow you to select specific properties using the “Properties” filter in the Filters panel. This helps you compare metrics or isolate data for a single property within your Organization.

RevPAR & Average Daily Rate	ADR and RevPAR Report	Combines both metrics and includes flexible filters by stay date, source, and room type.
Rooms Sold / Occupancy	Rooms Sold & Occupancy Report	Includes occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, capacity, and blocked/out-of-service room data.
Channel Production	Channel Production Report	Breaks down production by channel, source, and reservation status.
Payout / Commission	Commissions Report	Shows commission amounts. An enhanced version is in development with improved attribution.
Payment Reconciliation	Payment Reconciliation Report	Includes transaction and service date filtering with debit/credit breakdowns.
User Reconciliation	User Reconciliation Report	Tracks revenue activity per user with transaction-level detail.
Daily Revenue	Daily Revenue Report	Two options available: classic and benchmarking. Both offer expanded data fields.
Tax Report	Taxes and Fees Report	Includes reservation-level tax details and transaction descriptions.
Room Move Report	Not available in Insights	Use the single-property version under Classic Reports Room Move Report, if needed.
