This report is designed to track the room transfers of specific guests currently staying on the property or staying in the future; it will record all reservations marked as Confirmed, Confirmation Pending, or In-House.
If a guest changes rooms and their reservation changes from "In-House," "Confirmed," or "Confirmation Pending" to "No-show," "Canceled," or "Check-Out," the system will remove that record from the Room Move report.
Access and use

From the Main Menu click on Classic reports

Go to Daily Activity Reports and click on Room Move Report

Customize the filters

Click Apply
Filters and Room Move table
When you open the report, you can filter the list by:

Date Range: By default, it will show yesterday’s date every time you access the report

Reservation Status: Confirmed / Pending / In-House / All
Once you apply the filters, the following details will be displayed within the report:
- The User that made the room move
- Date/Time
- Name and Surname
- Reservation Number: Confirmation code with a hyperlink that redirects you to reservation details
- The previous and new room types: Related to the room category names
- The previous and new room assignments: Room(s) assigned to the reservation, displaying room abbreviations and unit
When your reports show that the user SYSTEM has taken action, it typically indicates that a super admin has manually made changes to a specific property or that Cloudbeds PMS has automatically performed a scheduled task.
Email and Export To option
Find the Email or the Export To button at the top right corner of the page to send the report via email as an attachment or download it as a PDF or Excel file.
