Organizations - Everything you need to know

If several properties are added to one group, they become an Organization. 

Organizations allow owners to manage all their different properties in Cloudbeds PMS, as well as define which sections their users can access within the platform.

Access and overview

When an Organization is created, the Organization page becomes available, allowing owners and administrators to access and manage their properties accordingly. This page is only visible to users that have access to multiple properties.

To access your Organization:

  1. In your Account menu, go to the Settings Page and click on the Organization section
  2. The list of properties that belong to your Organization will appear in the Properties tab

The organization has a unique URL which redirects to the manage section as shown in the example below:

  1. Properties: there is a list of the Cloudbeds accounts added to the Organization.
  2. Reports: page containing different types of production, tax and other reports for the Organization.
  3. Activity Log: shows the activity of all Association users/owner.
  4. Email Delivery Log: shows the email history of the organization.
