How multi-property reservation exports work

The export from the Reservations Page always includes reservations from the single property you currently have selected. Multi-property reservation exports are not generated from this page.

If your Organization has Cloudbeds Insights enabled, you can export reservation details from multiple properties at once using Cloudbeds Reports

Go to Reporting → Cloudbeds Reports, open a reservations-type report, select the properties you want to include, and then use Export to download the combined dataset in one file.
