🧠Reporting navigation may look different in your account
Cloudbeds is updating how reports are accessed in the PMS. Depending on your property and rollout stage, you may see either the consolidated Reporting menu experience or the newer Reporting Homepage experience.
This change affects where reports are accessed, but it does not change the report data, calculations, filters, permissions, or financial logic.

Cloudbeds Intelligence Explore is a new feature available within Cloudbeds Reports, which helps users locate the report that fits their needs by simply entering a prompt, such as "How many reservations did I get yesterday?" or "What were my sales this month?"
This is just the beginning of Cloudbeds journey into AI-powered solutions, and we’re excited to help you save time and make data-driven decisions faster than ever!
How to use itÂ
- From the Main Menu
go to Reporting
- Select Cloudbeds Reports
- Click the Cloudbeds Intelligence Explore button
- Write down your question or select one of the suggested questions in the examples.
- Click Explore
- The finder matches your query with the most relevant report and provides a matching score, indicating how closely the report aligns with your request. Click the arrow to show more details about the report match.
- Click on the report name, and the PMS will open it in another tab.
 Who has access to the Cloudbeds Intelligence Explore tool?
- The tool will be available to all Cloudbeds users.
- For Report Builder users —properties with the Cloudbeds Insights package— the Report Finder also allows them to search through their saved reports.
