Cloudbeds Help Center — Access, Support Options, and Ticket Management

The Cloudbeds Help Center (also known as the Support Portal) is your central resource for self-service support. Use it to access knowledge base articles, training videos, and the Getting Started guide — and to submit, view, track, and reopen existing support tickets.

Access the Help Center

The easiest way to access the help center is by clicking the Knowledge base option within your Cloudbeds PMS:

  1. Click Account Account menu.png
  2. Go to the Help section and click Knowledge base

Bookmark (save) this link directly in your browser.

Use the Help Center to:

Find, View, and Manage Your Existing Support Tickets

No account is needed to create a ticket or access all of the free information, like videos, the Getting Started guide, and the Knowledge Base.

However, if you want to track and manage your tickets, you must log in to your account on Cloudbeds PMS or sign up on our Help Center page with your user email and password. If you want to learn how to add new users or edit existing users, you can refer to this article.

Once signed in, you can view your entire history of tickets, including:

  • Open tickets (Requests)
  • Closed tickets
  • Tickets you are copied on
  • Community posts
  • Articles that you are following

Here is how:

Sign in to your support portal account, and then:

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to your name
  2. Click My Activities
  3. All of your tickets are displayed — including open requests, closed tickets, and tickets you are copied on. You can also use the Search requests bar to find a specific ticket by keyword.

To go directly to your existing tickets, visit: myfrontdesk.cloudbeds.com/hc/en-us/requests
You will be prompted to sign in if you are not logged in yet.

Looking to reopen a closed ticket? Open the ticket from your My Activities page and reply to it directly — this will automatically reactivate it for our Support Team.

If you want to check your live chat history, you must contact our Support Team.
