All Cloudbeds PMS users have access to Cloudbeds University. Enjoy the benefits of a centralized training center for Cloudbeds products, best practices, and hospitality industry trends.
Access Cloudbeds University
The Single Sign-On feature allows to access Cloudbeds University directly from your Cloudbeds PMS account. Follow these steps to access your Cloudbeds University:
You will be prompted a login page if it's the first time you login from a browser.
- Enter your Cloudbeds PMS username (email address) and password.
- Click Sign In.
This page will not be shown the next time you access Cloudbeds University using the button under Get Help.
- Login to Cloudbeds PMS and click on the Account icon
- Click on Cloudbeds University
- You will be redirected to Cloudbeds University:
- If you are a new user, read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions to proceed:
Use Cloudbeds University
Your Cloudbeds University dashboard is personalized to your role, and will highlight different learning plans depending on your user profile.
Property Administrators are the users responsible for the property set up and configuration management. The Property Administrators Dashboard includes the following sections:
- Get to know Cloudbeds - These videos cover the features used in the day-to-day operations of your property.
- New Course Alert - Stay up to date with our latest content by checking this section.
- Onboarding and Set Up - These videos review the settings found in the Manage page of your Cloudbeds PMS.
- Add-Ons Features - These videos review Cloudbeds enhancements or add-on features that not all properties utilize.
- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - This page contains step by step documents related to Standard Operating Procedures that you can utilize to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Best Practices - These courses help you learn the best way to use the Cloudbeds' features.
- Live Training - Join a 60 minute instructor-led webinar that include feature-specific lessons.
