Overview

In addition to the On-demand courses, our learning platform, Cloudbeds University, provides a variety of additional paid training options and services to help you save time and improve your Cloudbeds system. Further details about these offerings can be found below.

Access Paid Training and Services
  1. Click on the Cloudbeds University Main menu Main menu icon.pngand click on 1:1 Live Training.

    access this section and explore additional services. More information can be found below.


Paid Training

Customers can purchase all live training offerings directly through this Paid Training section. We offer 1-hour deep dive or 3-hour overview training. These are live sessions with a trainer delivered via Zoom, and they are self-service purchases. 

Navigating the section

  1. Click on Categories to access folders per training category
  2. Apply filters, if needed (Type, enrollment status, price, etc)
  3. Search by training name
  4. Sort by name, code, or date
  5. Click on the preferred training to add it to your cart and complete the purchase

  • Our 3-hour live trainings are designed for either Front Line staff or your Management team.
  • A great option for new customers or large staff turnovers, these courses are a thorough introduction to Cloudbeds.

Paid Services

Under this section, users can purchase services provided by our Advanced Support team to help them save time and take their Cloudbeds system to the next level. We offer Booking Engine Customization services and also Custom Reporting Services.

Purchase services and use credits

Cloudbeds University's credits can be used in the platform to purchase training, services, or a mix of both. Follow the steps below to use your credits or purchase:

Step 1 - Access the course and apply the credits or purchase the training
Apply credits Regular purchase and coupons
  1. In the Cloudbeds University, go to the 1:1 Live Training (or Professional Services) section
  2. Select the preferred course to which the credits will be applied.
  3. Review the course description
  4. Click on Buy with Training Credits
  5. In the pop-up window, click on Confirm
  6. Click Start Learning

Step 2 - Consultation call scheduling instructions
  1. Read carefully the scheduling instructions
  2. Click on the corresponding link when you are ready to schedule
  3. Click to Schedule

 Your Cloudbeds package may include training credits.

If your account includes training credits, they are applied to the account that was our primary contact during Onboarding. If you need training credits transferred to another user in your organization, please have the user with available credits request a transfer by emailing training@cloudbeds.com
