Access Paid Training and Services

Paid Training
Customers can purchase all live training offerings directly through this Paid Training section. We offer 1-hour deep dive or 3-hour overview training. These are live sessions with a trainer delivered via Zoom, and they are self-service purchases.
Navigating the section
- Click on Categories to access folders per training category
- Apply filters, if needed (Type, enrollment status, price, etc)
- Search by training name
- Sort by name, code, or date
- Click on the preferred training to add it to your cart and complete the purchase
- Our 3-hour live trainings are designed for either Front Line staff or your Management team.
- A great option for new customers or large staff turnovers, these courses are a thorough introduction to Cloudbeds.
Paid Services
Under this section, users can purchase services provided by our Advanced Support team to help them save time and take their Cloudbeds system to the next level. We offer Booking Engine Customization services and also Custom Reporting Services.
Purchase services and use credits
Cloudbeds University's credits can be used in the platform to purchase training, services, or a mix of both. Follow the steps below to use your credits or purchase:
- In the Cloudbeds University, go to the 1:1 Live Training (or Professional Services) section
- Select the preferred course to which the credits will be applied.
- Review the course description
- Click on Buy with Training Credits
- In the pop-up window, click on Confirm
- Click Start Learning
- In the Cloudbeds University, go to the 1:1 Live Training (or Professional Services) section
- Select the preferred course
- Review the course description
- Click on Add to cart
- In the pop-up window, click on Go to cart
- Review the pricing information
- Click on Checkout to proceed
- Add and review your Billing information
- Review and agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Confirm order
- Review the confirmation
- You can either click on Continue shopping for more training or services or click on Start Learning now for further consultation call instructions.
Your Cloudbeds package may include training credits.
If your account includes training credits, they are applied to the account that was our primary contact during Onboarding. If you need training credits transferred to another user in your organization, please have the user with available credits request a transfer by emailing training@cloudbeds.com
