Xperium pulls reservations from myfrontdesk. The pre-check-in functionality updates guest details (passport, e-signature and health declaration included) back to Cloudbeds PMS. Customer requests are synced back to Cloudbeds in a form of a custom field. Their upselling functionality allows the hotel to send the guest an email with the room upgrade and item/service upsell options. Any purchased upsells will be synced back to the reservation folio.
