you’ll find Cloudbeds Stock Reports—predefined, view-only hotel reports designed for financial, revenue, occupancy, production, payments, and reservation analysis.
- These reports are part of the Cloudbeds PMS and are ideal for daily operations, audits, and management reporting. Stock reports cannot be modified or deleted.
- Customers using Cloudbeds Insights get access to additional features such as the "Save As" option to build your own custom reports.

Predefined Production Reports give you insights into booking channels, rate plans, meal plans, and sales performance, helping track overall hotel production and revenue streams.
