This article will take you through how to update the arrival, departure and late checkout information for your property.

Access the Arrival & Departure page
- Click Manage (gear icon).
- Go to the Policies page.
- Click Arrival & Departure.
- Set your check-in and check-out times.
If you allow guests to check out at a later time from your regular check out time, but there is an additional charge for this service:
- Select yes in the Do you offer a late check-out? option
This is just an information field that doesn't check nor update your availability
- Set your preferred late check-out time
- Choose the type of charge (Percentage or Fixed)
- Set the percentage or fixed amount of the late check-out charge.
If you don't charge a late check-out fee, set your late check-out fee to $0.00.
