This article will take you through how to update the arrival, departure and late checkout information for your property.

Update Arrival, Departure and Late Check-out information
- Click on the Account icon
- Click on Settings
- Go to the Policies page
- Click on the Arrival and Departure tab
- Set your Check-in and Check-out times. If you offer Late Check-out, select the corresponding option and select yes to specify the Late Check-out time and applicable fees. If you don't charge a late check-out fee, set your late check-out fee to $0.00.
The Late Check-out field is just for informational purpose and doesn't check nor update your availability.
If you allow guests to check out at a later time from your regular check out time, but there is an additional charge for this service:
- Select yes in the Do you offer a late check-out? option (Note: This is just an information field that doesn't check nor update your availability)
- Set your preferred late check-out time
- Choose the type of charge (Percentage or Fixed)
- Set the percentage or fixed amount of the late check-out charge.
If you don't charge a late check-out fee, set your late check-out fee to $0.00.
