Policies - Update Arrival, Departure and Late Check-out Information


This article will take you through how to update the arrival, departure and late checkout information for your property.

Update Arrival, Departure and Late Check-out information

  1. Click on the Account icon
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Go to the Policies page
  4. Click on the Arrival and Departure tab
  5. Set your Check-in and Check-out times. If you offer Late Check-out, select the corresponding option and select yes to specify the Late Check-out time and applicable fees. If you don't charge a late check-out fee, set your late check-out fee to $0.00.
  6. Save

The Late Check-out field is just for informational purpose and doesn't check nor update your availability.

Optional Features

If you allow guests to check out at a later time from your regular check out time, but there is an additional charge for this service:

  1. Select yes in the Do you offer a late check-out? option (Note: This is just an information field that doesn't check nor update your availability)
  2. Set your preferred late check-out time
  3. Choose the type of charge (Percentage or Fixed)
  4. Set the percentage or fixed amount of the late check-out charge.
  5. Save.

If you don't charge a late check-out fee, set your late check-out fee to $0.00.
