Reservation Sources - How to Add Primary Sources

The primary sources are used for creating new direct reservations from within the system. Primary sources created by default include Walk-Ins, Phone, Email bookings as well as reservations created in Cloudbeds Booking Engine (Website). You may create your own primary/direct sources by following the steps below:

Add Primary Sources

In Cloudbeds PMS,

1. Open Manage (gear icon) on the top right
2. Click on Reservation Sources
3. Select Primary Sources
4. Click on ADD SOURCE

5. Provide a name for your source
6. Apply a tax/fee if needed
7. Click SAVE

The reservation source will be added to your list.
