🧭 Reporting navigation may look different in your account

Cloudbeds is updating how reports are accessed in the PMS. Depending on your property and rollout stage, you may see either the consolidated Reporting menu experience or the newer Reporting Homepage experience.

This change affects where reports are accessed, but it does not change the report data, calculations, filters, permissions, or financial logic.

5. Check the available reports essential for group accounts:

• Group Invoice Aging Report by Invoice Date: Provides a list of open invoices, categorized by the number of days they have been open since the invoice date, organized into 30-day intervals.
• Group Invoice Aging Report by Payment Due Date: Provides a list of open group invoices, categorized by the number of days they have been overdue since the payment due date, in 30-day intervals.
• Group Profile Balance Summary (City Ledger) - report on reservation balances for reservations that are linked to a Group, capturing the balance due within the reservation folio.
• Group Rooming List - view the complete room list of any group by entering a group's name in the filter.
• In-House Group Reservations - list of in-house reservations that belong to groups.
• Reservation Report by Group Profile - a reservation report with the key common fields, including group profile information.
• Reservation Report with Group Profile and Group Block Information - a reservation report with the key common fields, including group profile and group block information.

Permission to view

Property owners and admins have access by default to these reports.
Enable Daily Activity or Production Reports permission toggle for the users to grant them access to these reports.
