Google Business Profile requirements

Before connecting your Google Business Profile to Digital Marketing (formerly Cloudbeds Amplify), ensure that the property meets the following basic requirements:

A valid Google Business Profile account

The first step to connect your Google Business Profile to Digital Marketing is to have a valid and active Google Business Profile account.

If I already have a Google Business Profile

Connect your account via Digital Marketing to keep track of your calls, directions, and website visits. Learn how here. Remember to have your Free Booking Link visible before the connection.

If I do not have Google Business Profile yet

If you do not have a Google Business Profile account to connect to Digital Marketing yet, visit the Google's Support Site to sign up.

Once your Google Business Profile is correctly set up:

  • Ensure it is claimed and managed under your ownership.
  • Connect it to Cloudbeds Digital Marketing by accessing this article (section: Google Business Profile).

Visible and accurate prices

Make sure that your rates are correct and visible in your Google Business Profile. Learn more about Rates and Availability in your Google Business Profile here.

Google also displays cancellation policies (if Smart Policies are enabled) to travelers in both Free Booking Links and Sponsored sections.

Room images and Rate plans are currently only displayed in the Sponsored section.

My prices are not visible on my Google Business Profile. How can I solve this?

If the prices are not visible on your Google Business Profile, take the following actions:

  • Check that your rates are properly configured in your Cloudbeds account. Learn more about How to Add or Edit Base Rates .
  • Verify that the prices are published and updated on your Google Business Profile.

If the price visibility issue still persists, reach out to Google's Support Team for further assistance.
