We are happy to introduce a faster and more user-friendly Dashboard for Cloudbeds PMS, with improved performance, more relevant metrics, and a sleek design.

The new Cloudbeds PMS Dashboard:

  • Faster performance, better and cleaner design.

An optimized Dashboard

The new Dashboard has been drastically improved to help users access relevant information, and perform daily tasks effortlessly. Below you will find more information on what the Dashboard has been offering so far, and what are the new features that the Dashboard brings now.

  The new Cloudbeds PMS Dashboard is currently in a limited-release phase and will be progressively released during 2026; timelines are subject to change.

Before After
  1. The Dashboard has been the landing page when users access their account on Cloudbeds PMS. It is also possible to access it by clicking on the Main Menu, option Dashboard.
  2. The Reservations section included the basic guest information at a glance: Arrivals, Departures, Stayovers, and In-House Guests.
  3. Today's Activity included the property data in terms of Sales, Cancellations, and Overbookings.
  4. The 14-Day Outlook showed the basic metrics for occupancy (%) and revenue ($).

 Housekeeping Tip

To export or print your housekeeping records as a PDF or Excel, navigate to the Top Bar of the Housekeeping page. This allows you to easily share the information with your staff.

For additional insights, check the Housekeeping Summary and Housekeeping Details reports by going to Reporting > Cloudbeds Reports and using the search bar to find the report you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see the “Switch to Classic Dashboard” option?

The “Switch to Classic” button was introduced temporarily to help users adjust to the updated Dashboard layout and features. However, this option may no longer be visible for your property.

The Classic Dashboard will be fully deprecated soon. We recommend getting familiar with the new Dashboard as it will become the standard view for all Cloudbeds PMS users.

The new Dashboard offers faster performance, better compatibility, and improved insights, making it easier to manage daily operations efficiently.

  • Stayovers should not include arrivals on that list too, this makes the review process and daily reports more confusing for the front desk staff.

  • Please make the arrivals and departures print out the same format as classic view. Too much information new arrivals list making it confusing for front desk staff.

  • Please make it so the Arrivals and departures lists stay in the order we put them-Like alphabetical or by room. You have to sort them after each guest.

  • In this new version stayovers can no longer be distinguished between those already in house and those staying the night which messes up our count. You also have departures that look completely different from the classic version and also takes up more space when printing it out which wastes paper. The new version you cannot simply click on the reservation to go into it, you have to click the reservation and then click the mini window to the side to properly go into the reservation which is unneeded. This program has worked perfectly and i love the feature that allows you to go back to the previous day especially when checking in guests after midnight but this shouldn't have been forced onto us before properly being tested. It is just a mess and absolutely slows production and needs to be fixed asap.
