This article contains step-by-step to disconnect the payment processing (payment gateway) from Cloudbeds PMS.
If you have this feature as a paid add-on and want to remove it from your Cloudbeds plan, contact our Support Team.
Property Owner has access to Payment Options page by default, other users must be granted permission. Check out: Roles and Permissions
Follow the steps to deactivate your payment gateway:
- Click Manage (gear icon).
- Under Property Configuration, click Payment Options.
- The Credit Card tab will open.
- Scroll down to the section Connect Your Payment Gateway.
- Switch the toggle OFF (grey).
- Click Save.
- Contact your payment gateway provider to terminate your contract if you haven't done so.
After Deactivation
If you were previously connected to one of the payment processors below, note that the credit card details of all past transactions were stored by the processor for security reasons and you will not be able to view them inside the Cloudbeds PMS. You can only view credit card details of new reservations and card details manually input after deactivation.
