- Go to your Account
and select Apps & Marketplace
- Search for Devicethread
- Click Learn More
- Click Submit Request. This action will submit a request to our support team, who will contact you shortly with all the needed details.
- Once you agree on the pricing with the support team, you will see the CONNECT APP button
- Allow access to this app to read and write information in your Cloudbeds account
- Log in to your Devicethread account
- Select the property you wish to connect
- You are now connected to Devicethread. They will get in touch with you to start the onboarding process if you are a brand-new user of this app.
At this stage, Devicethread is in sync with your Cloudbeds account. They can start pulling your reservation details to create a door lock code for your guests.
