If you're encountering problems with the process of issuing keys, or receiving error messages related to connecting with Salto or the Cloudbeds Bridge app, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
As a first troubleshooting step check if you selected the correct encoder.
Make sure that you've chosen the correct Salto encoder for the key you're trying to create in the Cloudbeds key issuance dialog.
Restart the Cloudbeds Bridge Service
The Cloudbeds Bridge application facilitates communication between Cloudbeds and Salto Space. Restarting it can often resolve connection issues.
- In the Windows system tray (usually in the bottom right corner of your screen), right-click on the Cloudbeds Bridge App icon.
- Click Stop service.
- Click Start service.
- Restart the Salto Space Service.
- Restarting the Salto Space service itself can also help refresh the connection and resolve internal Salto-related issues.

- Open Pro Access Space Configurator.
- Click Stop to stop the Salto service.
- Click Start to start the Salto service. Allow a few seconds for the service to fully start and confirm its status before proceeding.

Cloudbeds Bridge logs: You can find these logs at: C:\User\<username>\cloudbeds\bridge\logs\daemon.log (Replace <username> with your Windows user account name.) - Salto Logs: These logs are located at: C:\SALTO\ProAccess Space\logs\PMS_LOG\IndustryStandard\PMS_IS
