- STAAH’s Channel Manager is a powerful cloud-based solution designed to help accommodation providers efficiently manage their online distribution across multiple booking channels in real-time.
- It enables seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), global distribution systems (GDS), metasearch platforms, and direct booking engines, ensuring availability and rates are always up to date.
- The integration allows properties using STAAH to connect directly with Cloudbeds for two-way data sync.
- Once configured, the system will automatically send ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) from Cloudbeds to STAAH, and retrieve reservations from STAAH into Cloudbeds.
Cloudbeds now supports both two-way and one-way (custom) connections for this channel. During setup, you will see a Connection Type step where you can choose between Full Connection (standard 2-way sync) or Custom connection (partial or one-way sync).

Connecting process
Step 1 - Getting Started
- If you don’t yet have an account on the channels you need to create an account by contacting their customer support team at support@staah.com
- If you already have an account on STAAH go ahead and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS
- From your Account
, click on Settings
and go to Distribution
- Search for STAAH on the Discover tab
- Click to Enable Channel
- Login with your STAAH ID and click Continue to proceed to the next step.
- Fill in the Property Information and click Continue
The property information is pre-populated from your Property Profile. However, the first and last names may be empty if not provided when setting up your property profile. You must provide this information during the channel setup to proceed to the next step. Once the channel is set up, this step will be hidden.
- Click to Configure each accommodation. A pop-up window will open; fill in the required fields.
- Each accommodation has to be configured individually.
- Accommodation name and Maximum Occupancy are pre-populated from PMS settings.
- Additionally, you need to specify the Maximum children occupancy.
- For pricing, entering the Room Rate as part of the initial setup is necessary but is set as a placeholder. However, the Cloudbeds Rate Plan you choose will be applied to the accommodation type in the STAAH account.
- Add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type (if needed). When completed, click Continue, or leave it at zero if you want to skip it.

- After completing all steps, you will be prompted to the Confirmation page. Here, you can switch between the channel setup steps and edit your channel settings (if needed).
Click Finish.

After all steps are completed, the channel enters the Pending approval phase, where you won't be able to make changes. Users can no longer view and edit channel settings until the status is changed to Enabled.
- When the connection has been enabled, you will be notified via email. You can manage the channel from the Channels list.
- Click on Full Refresh to send an update to the channel.
Any further room and/or mapping updates require customer support assistance.
To disable or re-enable the connection, contact the customer support team.
This channel supports automatic payment-processing methods
You can configure Cloudbeds PMS to authorize or process deposit payments automatically according to your predefined rules when reservations are initially received from this channel.
