Cloudbeds live chat, email, and phone support

Support options

Cloudbeds Live Chat
  • This feature is included in certain Cloudbeds PMS packages. Reach out to our Support Team for more information.
  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome to enable the Live Chat functionality.

To access the live chat:

  1. Click on the Account menu
  2. Click on Live Chat
Cloudbeds Email

Access this page to send an email to contact our Support Team, filling out all the fields provided:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Type in the subject which shortly describes your request
  3. Add all the additional details of your request and list the questions that you have
  4. Attach the screenshots which describe your question the best, this will help coaches to understand the problem better and give a faster response
  5. Hit Submit to send the email
  • Live Chat or email are the two fastest ways to receive support.
  • It is recommended to include screenshots to show our coaches more details about your question and receive a detailed reply sooner.
Cloudbeds Phone Support

Phone support is available to customers as part of our Priority Support package. To learn more, contact your Customer Success Manager.
