Support Options

Cloudbeds Live Chat

  • This feature is included in certain Cloudbeds PMS packages. Reach out to our Support Team for more information.
  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome to enable the Live Chat functionality.

To access the live chat:

  1. Click Account Account menu.png
  2. Click on Get Help

Cloudbeds Email

Access this page to send an email to contact our Support Team, filling out all the fields provided:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Type in the subject that shortly describes your request
  3. Select the most relevant help category for your request.
  4. Add all the additional details of your request and list the questions that you have
  5. Attach the screenshots that describe your question the best; this will help coaches understand the problem better and give a faster response
  6. Hit Submit to send the email

  • Live Chat or email are the two fastest ways to receive support.
  • It is recommended that you include screenshots to show our coaches more details about your question so that you can receive a detailed reply sooner.

 If you want to check your live chat history, you must contact our Support Team.

Cloudbeds Phone Support

Phone support is available to customers as part of our Priority Support package. Reach out to our Support Team for more information.

  • Hi partner , When I go to setting - product - and then make the new item , now we create the new item , Laundry .

    the Challenge is that i can not put 1.5 or 3.7 or 4.5 and etc We can only put 1 or  2 or  3 and so on

    when i wanna put 1,5 this is what happen : 
    The quantity field must be numeric and may contain {{decimals}} decimal points.
     
    if i put 1.5 this is what happen :
    The quantity field must be an integer.
     
    I already got the answer from the CS 

    They said its already by the system and they ask me change the price manually

    But we dont want the staff can change the price , we just want them to change the qty

    hope you guys can fixed it in the future
