Stripe is one of the most popular payment processors we connect with. This guide covers the most frequently asked questions about the connection process and usage.
- Although Stripe offers multiple alternative payment methods, our integration only supports credit and debit cards as payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
- When switching payment gateways, any charges for "in-house" or future reservations that were made before the switch, must be made on the previous gateway.
- Example: If you have a reservation which was charged by PayU, even if you switch the connection to Stripe, all the charges related to the previous reservation will be done from within the previously connected payment gateway / PayU) - and vice versa.
