If you use the Cloudbeds Booking Engine, maintain your property's legal information under Settings > Property > Policies (Policies - Everything You Need to Know). Properties using Guest Experience SMS in the United States or Canada must publish their own property-specific Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions to meet A2P 10DLC compliance requirements.
