This upgrade provides a consolidated, 360-degree view of your guests, empowering you to deliver truly personalized experiences across all your properties.

What is a Guest Profile?

Imagine having a complete picture of every guest interacting with your organization, regardless of which property they visit. Our new Guest Profiles do just that. They aggregate guest data from various sources into a single, unified profile, giving you a Single Customer View (SCV). This comprehensive approach allows you to:  

  • Recognize and reward loyal guests: Understand your guests' preferences and past stays across all your properties.
  • Personalize your marketing efforts: Tailor your promotions and communications based on individual guest profiles.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction: Provide seamless and personalized service at every touchpoint.

  • Multi-Property Profiles: Consolidate guest records from all properties within your organization into a comprehensive profile. No more scattered data!  
  • Profile Drawer UI: With our redesigned and intuitive Profile Drawer UI, you can access a guest's complete profile details anywhere within the PMS.
  • Cloudbeds Suggestion Profile Linking/Merging: Our system automatically suggests profiles to link or merge based on a high confidence match (90% or higher). This is done by analyzing combinations of details like name, email, phone, country, and address, ensuring clean and de-duplicated guest data. (These suggestions run nightly, so new matches appear within approximately 24 hours.)
  • Ongoing Guest Profile Deduplication: This will de-dupe your guest profiles nightly.
  • Improved Lifetime Value (LTV) and Insight Statistics: Gain valuable insights into your guests' spending habits and loyalty, enabling you to refine your offerings and rewards.
  • Reservation Summary: Easily view a filterable list of all past, current, and future reservations for each guest within the Profile Drawer.
  • Preferred Contact Information: Quickly access your guests' preferred contact details, making communication efficient and effective.

  • Personalization: Tag profiles and indicate special requests, person statuses, and key labels for enhanced personalization.
