Guest Profile Overview

Guest Profiles is a powerful tool designed to comprehensively understand your guests and streamline your operations. With contextual access, enhanced search and filters, and automatic merging, managing guest information has never been easier.

How to access it?

1. Menu
2. Profiles
3. This page lists all guests as profiles. Use the search to find a guest profile or select from the list.
   
4. Once you select the needed guest, you will see their profile panel for more details.

Guest Profile Overview

1. Here, you can see the total number of reservations the guest has made at your property. 
   You will also see a VIP status mentioned here if the guest has one.
2. You can click here to view the guest details collective info from all the reservations. 
3. View the Total Revenue and Total Nights spent here
4. Short summary of guest details
5. Notes collected from all of the reservations the guest has made
6. All the reservations the guest has with the mention of the property from your Organization if you are using one. 
   
   ▶️Click 'View' next to each overview section to see more detailed info. 
7. Expand the Guest Profile.

Once you expand the guest profile you can see more details in each of the mentioned above sections. 

Insights:

1. See the Total revenue calculated as total from all the reservations the guest has stayed.
2. Total reservations the guest stayed.
3. Total nights the guest stayed.
4. Recent reservation sources.
   

Details:

1. View the guest details here, such as: Name, phone, e-mail or country.
2. Click to view more if needed
3. Edit
   
   

Reservations:

1. See all the reservations assosiated with this guest
2. Summary: the stay dates and reservation number.
3. The Property where the guest stayed.
4. Total for each reservation
5. You can also add a new reservation for this guest
6. Or click on three dots to Print
   

Notes:

1. See all the Notes associated with this guest here. You can also see who left the note.
2. Filter to see: active or archived notes.
3. Add a new note
