Connect Busy Rooms CRS to Cloudbeds PMS

Busy Rooms CRS is a leading cloud-based technology platform that supports accommodation providers worldwide. Their open platform provides a centralized solution to digitize and streamline all reservations and data management processes efficiently.

Things to know before getting started

The integration only supports the occupancy-based pricing (OBP) configuration in Busy Rooms. If you work with price per room In Busy Rooms, the account should be updated to OBP before completing the connection.
Rate plans need to be configured as standalone or independent in Busy Rooms. Derived rates cannot be managed via Cloudbeds.

Connect Busy Rooms CRS to Cloudbeds PMS

Step 1 - Getting Started

If you do not have an account with Busy Rooms, reach out to sales@busy-rooms.com
If you already have an account with Busy Rooms, contact support@busy-rooms.com to request the connection credentials for Cloudbeds. You may need to reach out to your Sales representative if contract reviews are required.

Once you have the connection credentials, you may proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS

From your Account, click on Settings and go to Distribution
Search for Busy Rooms CRS on the Discover tab
Click to Enable Channel

Login with your credentials provided by Busy Rooms. Click Continue.

Map your rooms. The list of Busy Room’s accommodations is displayed in the drop-down list in the Channel Accommodation column.

Rate Plan Mapping. The list of Busy Rooms's rate plans is displayed in the drop-down list in the Channel Rate Plan column.

Add a Base Rate Adjustment for each room type (if needed). When completed, click Continue, or leave it at zero if you want to skip it.

After completing all steps, you will be prompted to the Confirmation page. Here, you can switch between the channel setup steps and edit your channel settings (if needed).

Click Finish.

Reservation details

You can identify Busy Rooms CRS reservations by opening the reservation details page and looking for the following:

Source: This is listed as 'Busy Rooms' for all CRS reservations.
Origin: This indicates where the reservation originated, such as a call center, web, booking engine, OTA, etc. The Origin can vary.
Travel Agencies: If provided by Busy Rooms, the travel agency details are displayed in a dedicated field when you click the 'Show More' option
