CRM Overview page

The CRM product's overview page comprehensively summarizes key metrics and data relevant to the user’s business operations. It gives users a quick snapshot of their CRM activities, financial performance, and customer engagement. The page allows easy navigation to more detailed reports and insights, helping businesses track and optimize their operations effectively.

Navigation and Features:

  1. Search: You can quickly search for a guest record by typing their name, e-mail, or booking reference. This will navigate you to the Guest Search section of the portal.
  2. Account Options: If you can access multiple hotels in your account, you can view combined statistics or filter into a single property using the dropdown options at the top of the page.

E-mail Health:

This section shows an overview of your entire guest database for the selected hotels.

  1. Total Profiles: all the guest profiles in your system.
  2. Reachable Profiles: all those guests in your database with active e-mail addresses.
  3. Unreachable Profiles: the profiles with no e-mail address.
  4. Email Coverage: The percentage of profiles with valid email addresses.

Campaign Performance:

Here, you can understand recent and lifetime revenue performance and the top earning recent campaigns. To understand more about how we attribute revenue to your e-mail campaigns, see our Revenue Attribution section.

  1. Campaign Room Revenue (Year to Date): This chart shows the total revenue gained from your campaigns since January.
  2. One-Time Campaign Revenue: Here, you can understand how the last five campaigns have performed against each other. You can view this further by selecting the View All option, which will take you to the Campaign Reports section.
  3. Lifetime Revenue: This chart shows the lifetime performance of your campaigns since you first started using CRM.

Guest Data:

This view can help a receptionist easily understand whether to prompt for an e-mail address upon check-in or check-out. You can view further details about the guest by clicking on their name, which will take you to the Guest Profile section.

  1. Arrivals: The number of Guests who arrived; the Room Revenue generated from these arrivals; and details: guest names, number of nights stayed, lifetime value, and whether they have a registered email.
  2. Departures: The number of Guests who departed; Room Revenue generated from these departures; details: similar to arrivals, this includes guest names, duration of stay, lifetime value, and email status.
