No-Show Report

Use this report to track all reservations with the status Confirmed or Pending Confirmation changed to No-Show either by a user (manual action) or by the system (Auto No-Show feature).

  • Auto No-Show means that if a guest does not arrive by 2:05 AM the day after check-in (local property time zone), the system will automatically change the reservation's status to No Show accommodation(s), which will become available for other bookings. More details here

  • When you update no-show reservations to this status, they will disappear from your calendar; however, you will find them again if you access this report.
