WHY?
It’s incredibly frustrating to see a feature like this available within Cloudbeds, but then be told that new users simply aren’t allowed access to it.
If this product is still functioning, why not allow existing Cloudbeds customers to use it while you develop its replacement? This leaves properties having to adopt much more complicated third-party POS systems for what should be a very basic hotel operation.
