Set up Cloudbeds POS

Setting up Cloudbeds POS is simple. Follow these steps to get started:

Download and Log In:

  1. Download the app. It is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  2. Log In: Use your Cloudbeds credentials.

Initial Setup:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Upon login, go to the settings page.

  2. Use filters to view open or closed accounts.
  3. Select a House Account. This house account will be the destination for all cash, tap-to-pay, and those processed through third-party services. Choose from pre-created house accounts in Cloudbeds.

  4. Select +Add New House Account if you need to create another House Account.
  5. Enter the account name and click +Add New Account.
  6. Click Continue to finalize.

All house accounts created in the Cloudbeds POS ass will automatically sync with the Cloudbeds PMS.
