Introduction
Use the Cloudbeds Websites Editor to manage your website content and design. This guide explains how to access your website, understand the Site Overview, and find the right guide for the update you want to make.
The Site Overview is the area you see after signing in, before opening the website editor. When you select Edit, you enter the editing workspace where you can work with page content, design, media, widgets, and other website tools.

Access the Cloudbeds Websites Editor
Sign in through the Cloudbeds Websites portal to open the Site Overview for the website assigned to your account.
- Go to the Cloudbeds Websites portal.
- Enter your email and password.
- Select Login.
The Cloudbeds Websites login page lets you sign in with Google or with your email and password:
After signing in, the Site Overview shows your website and the available site-level actions.
Site Overview
The Site Overview is the main site-management area you see after signing in. The current workspace groups the site summary and primary actions in the main panel, with additional site areas available from the left navigation.
From the Site Overview, you can see the website assigned to your account, its current publication status, and the Editor 2.0 label. Use Edit Site to open the Cloudbeds Websites Editor or Preview to review the website before publishing changes.
The left navigation includes the following site areas:
- Site Overview: View the site summary, publication status, primary site actions, engagement information, and form responses.
- Performance: Review the performance and optimization information available for the site.
- Blog: Open the area used to manage website blog content.
- Content Collection: Open the content collection area, including form submissions available for the site.
The current Site Overview displays the site summary and primary actions in the center, with the site-level navigation on the left:
