Support Options


Check the article below to learn about all the options you have to contact our Customer Coaches.

Live Chat

Access a Live Chat button in the top right corner:

  1. Click on the Account icon
  2. Click on Live Chat and fill in the fields provided to start a chat with one of our coaches


Access this page and fill out all the fields provided:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Type in the subject which shortly describes your request
  3. Leave all the details of your request and list the questions that you have
  4. Choose the priority: low, normal, high or urgent
  5. Choose the request type from the given ones or chose Other is you don't find the one which suits your question
  6. Attachment is a very important field, attach the screenshots which describe your question the best, this will help coaches to understand the problem better and give a faster response
  7. Hit Submit to send an email.

Live Chat or email are the two fastest ways to receive support. Using these options you can include screenshots or even the ability to screenmeet (share audio and screen in real time) in chat, which shows our coaches more details about your question and therefore you can receive a detailed reply sooner.

Phone Support

  • Phone Support is available from Monday to Friday;
  • Time: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (UTC);
  • Languages supported: English, Spanish and Portuguese;
  • Phone Numbers (the cost of the call is a subject to long-distance fees from your carrier):
