Cloudbeds live chat, email, and phone support


This article provides a comprehensive overview of the support options available through Cloudbeds. Learn about our Cloudbeds support channels, including live chat, email, and phone support.

Support options

Cloudbeds Live Chat
  • This feature is included in certain Cloudbeds PMS packages. Reach out to our Support Team for more information.
  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of Google Chrome to enable the Live Chat functionality.

To access the live chat:

  1. Click on the Account menu
  2. Click on Live Chat
Cloudbeds Email

Access this page to send an email to contact our Support Team, filling out all the fields provided:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Type in the subject which shortly describes your request
  3. Add all the additional details of your request and list the questions that you have
  4. Attach the screenshots which describe your question the best, this will help coaches to understand the problem better and give a faster response
  5. Hit Submit to send the email
  • Live Chat or email are the two fastest ways to receive support.
  • By using these options, you can include screenshots or even the ability to screenmeet (share audio and screen in real time) in chat, which shows our coaches more details about your question and therefore you can receive a detailed reply sooner.
Cloudbeds Phone Support
  • Phone Support is available from Monday to Friday
  • Time: from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (UTC)
  • Languages supported: English, Spanish and Portuguese
  • Phone Numbers (the cost of the call is a subject to long-distance fees from your carrier):
