Organizations - Everything you need to know

If several properties are added to one group, they become an Organization.

Organizations allow owners to manage all their different properties in Cloudbeds PMS, as well as define which sections their users can access within the platform.

To request an Organization for your properties, reach out to our Support Team.

Benefits

  • Organizations streamline operations to have a better view and control over your organization
  • Create and organize multiple users based on roles and where they operate
  • Organization Owner and Admins are allowed to switch between properties within a group
  • Create permissions and transfer users across multiple properties
  • Customize different roles by enabling or disabling their permissions
  • Availability Matrix with multiple properties: Check availability and pricing across the board for all of the properties for which you have permission to access, as well as the option to update rates, set price differentials, and add long-term intervals. They are all on the same page.

Access and overview

When an Organization is created, the Organization page becomes available, allowing owners and administrators to access and manage their properties accordingly. This page is only visible to users that have access to multiple properties.

To access your Organization:

  1. In your Account menu Account menu icon.png, go to the Settings Page and click on the Organization section, where you'll find the following:
  2. Organization Profile: This section contains your organization’s details and the toggle to enable Multi-Property view, as highlighted with the number 5 in the image.
  3. Properties: The list of properties that belong to your Organization;
  4. Multi-view: Available once the Multiprop option is enabled at the Profile page, it allows Organization Owners to customize which pages will be available for Multi-View for their Organization Admins and Users.

If the Multi-Property view is enabled, the option to “Switch to Classic” will no longer appear, even if individual Multi-View pages (such as Dashboard or Reservations) are disabled.

    • If you or your staff prefer working in the Classic version of the Dashboard or Reservations pages, Multi-Property view must be completely turned off from the Organization Profile tab.
    • Only the Organization Owner or a Super Admin can disable this setting by turning off the Multiprop Reservations, Guests and Av Matrix option.

The organization has a unique URL which redirects to the manage section as shown in the example below:

  1. Properties: There is a list of the Cloudbeds accounts added to the Organization.
  2. Activity Log: It shows the activity of all Organization users/owner.
  3. Email Delivery Log: It shows the email history of the organization.

This allows you to analyze performance metrics across your portfolio — or focus on a single property within your Organization — all in one place.
