The Multi-Property View is a new feature that allows Organization Owners to enable a unified view across multiple properties for Reservations, Guests, Dashboard and the Availability Matrix. Once activated in the Profile tab, a new Multi-View tab becomes available, where Owners can customize which pages Organization Admins and users can access in this combined view.
This enhancement introduces a new Navigation Menu and Property Switcher, making it easier to manage and navigate multiple properties from a single interface.
Only Organization Owners can enable the Multiproperty view in their Profile tab.
Enable the Multiprop view
- Access the Account
menu
- Open the Organization settings
- In the Profile tab, switch the toggle on to enable Multiprop Reservations, Guests and Av Matrix option.
- Go to the Multi-view tab that will be enabled next to Properties
- Select which pages to appear in the multi-view property selector.
If the Multi-Property view is enabled, the option to “Switch to Classic” will no longer appear, even if individual Multi-View pages (such as Dashboard or Reservations) are disabled.
-
- If you or your staff prefer working in the Classic version of the Dashboard or Reservations pages, Multi-Property view must be completely turned off from the Organization Profile tab.
- Only the Organization Owner or a Super Admin can disable this setting by turning off the Multiprop Reservations, Guests and Av Matrix option.
Use the Multiproperty view
Once the Multi-Property feature is activated, you will see a brand new Navigation Menu:
Multiple viewing options will be available:
- Switching to a different property within the same page
- Opening a different property in another tab
- Navigating to one of the Multi-View pages within the same window
- Opening one of the Multi-View pages in a different tab
Once you navigate to a Multi-View page, a banner will pop up to allow you to filter which properties you would like to see combined data:
Reservations Page
When the Multi-Property View is enabled, the Reservations menu displays bookings from all selected properties by default. This means the table automatically consolidates reservations across properties, and the Property column will show different property names even without filters applied.
In the Reservations Page, if an Organization does not display the Property Name by default, ensure to select this field from the filter:
- Click to configure the table
- Select the columns to display drop-down menu
- Include Property Name
The Multi-View page will reflect the details of all the properties selected:
If you want to view reservations for a single property:
- Click the property banner at the top of the page or open the Filter drawer.
- Deselect the properties you don’t want to see.
- Apply the filter — the table will refresh to display only the reservations for the chosen property.
Note
The only way to fully return to standalone reservation views (one property at a time) is to disable the Multi-Property View feature.
Organization Owners can do this by going to Organization settings > Profile and toggling off Multiprop Reservations.
Availability Matrix
- Go to your main menu
and click on Rates and Availability
- Click on the Availability Matrix
- Use filters to select the properties and accommodations you want to display and configure in the Availability Matrix
