How to connect Spain Police Report (SES.HOSPEDAJES)

SES.HOSPEDAJES is the platform from the Secretaría de Estado de Seguridad de España replaced the police reports on October 1st, 2024.
The app creates two reports: Partes de Viajeros and Reservas de Hospedajes.
Cloudbeds provides this free integration to SES.HOSPEDAJES for customers in the Spain region.

Before you start

Go to Account Menu → Settings → Guests → Guest Information and make sure the template called “Spain” is selected. For more information, see Use Guest Information Templates for Government Data Compliance.
If you don’t see the Guest Information tab yet, contact Support and request to enable it for your property. (This makes SES.HOSPEDAJES-required fields mandatory when editing guest details after the reservation is created.)
If you previously connected an older version of this integration, go to Account Menu → Settings → Guests → Custom Fields and delete the legacy fields (if present): Soporte Doc. (SES), Parentesco (SES), Código Municipio (SES). These were created by an earlier version and are no longer needed; removing them in Settings won’t erase historical values from past reservations.

Properties in Organizations: Organization Owners can’t download this app from the Marketplace. Use a Property-level user with Marketplace permissions to connect the app.

Connect the app

From your Account menu , click Apps & Marketplace
Search for “Spain” and click Learn More for Spain – Police Report (SES.HOSPEDAJES).

Click Connect App.
Click Allow Access to grant the requested permissions.
After allowing access, you’ll be redirected to Connected Apps. Click App page.
Click Settings.

Configure the app settings

Complete the SES.HOSPEDAJES fields as they apply to your property:
- ¿Qué reportes para SES.HOSPEDAJES deben ser generados para carga masiva? Select which report(s) the integration should generate: both reports (recommended), only Reservas de Hospedaje, or only Partes de Viajeros.
- Código de Establecimiento (required to activate reporting)
- Solamente reservas directas en “Reservas de Hospedaje” (Yes/No)
- Método de envío de reportes (Carga Masiva or Servicio Web)
- Código de Arrendador, Usuario, Contraseña — only required if you select Servicio Web
Click Submit to save.
There is no success notification; the settings are saved after you click Submit.

About the “Código de Establecimiento”: If you need help getting your establishment code, refer to the SES.HOSPEDAJES Frequently Asked Questions. The code is required for the integration to generate and send reports.
Solamente reservas directas en “Reservas de Hospedaje” is optional. Set Sí to include only Primary Sources, or No to include Primary + Third-party Sources. Check local regulations to confirm which reservations you must report.

The integration currently can’t access all the required details to fetch the payment type from the property. As a result, the app uses “OTRO” as the payment method for all reservations. A fix is planned for Q4 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I still need this app if I already use Chekin or another online check-in tool?

Yes. Online check-in tools such as Chekin or Cloudbeds Guest Experience help you collect guest registration details and signatures and can send some of that data to Cloudbeds PMS, but they do not generate or submit the official SES.HOSPEDAJES reports.

The Spain – Police Report (SES.HOSPEDAJES) app is what creates the required Partes de Viajeros and Reservas de Hospedajes reports based on the guest information stored in Cloudbeds PMS. To remain compliant, keep the app connected and make sure all SES.HOSPEDAJES-required fields are completed in the guest profile before generating and sending reports.

How can I disconnect the SES.HOSPEDAJES app?

You can disconnect the SES.HOSPEDAJES app the same way as any other Marketplace app in Cloudbeds PMS. Follow this guide: Marketplace – How to disconnect an app from Cloudbeds PMS.

Once the app is disconnected, it will no longer appear under Connected Apps, and the SES.HOSPEDAJES configuration fields will no longer be available in Settings. If you reconnect the app later, you will need to re-enter your SES.HOSPEDAJES configuration details.
