Guest reviews from Cloudbeds Guest Experience Surveys are internal only and not displayed on your Booking Engine. You can view survey responses in the Analytics section of your Cloudbeds Guest Experience account.
Follow these steps in Cloudbeds Guest Experience:
- Go to the Company
page.
- Click Integrations.
- Under Booking Engine Integrations, click Enable Cloudbeds Booking Engine.
