Manage and Use Tickets

On the Tickets mceclip2.png page, you will find the tabs to organize your ticket queues: Open, My Tasks, Scheduled, and Completed.

Manage your tickets using the following options: 

  1. Click the to search for specific tickets
  2. Apply filters to your search
  3. Create a new ticket on
  4. Click the notes icon to access the overview, notes, and ticket chat
  5. Open the menu  to:
    • Change the ticket status (start, complete, re-open) 
    • View details
    • Assign user
    • Cancel ticket

Ticket Chat

Each ticket will also have a chat available for communication. 

  1. Access the Ticket Chat by clicking the notes icon
  2. Type your message on the notes tab
  3. Click to send

 

Use Tickets Log Sheets

Ticket Log Sheets allow you to keep track of requests or guest outreach. You can export those sheets for your front desk operations or any other relevant need. 

Access the Tickets Logs on Whistle for Cloudbeds Tickets mceclip2.png page, where you can:

  • Update columns
  • Add entries
  • Filter by each date
  • Export the log sheet for .csv file.
