🧠Reporting navigation may look different in your account
Cloudbeds is updating how reports are accessed in the PMS. Depending on your property and rollout stage, you may see either the consolidated Reporting menu experience or the newer Reporting Homepage experience.
This change affects where reports are accessed, but it does not change the report data, calculations, filters, permissions, or financial logic.

With Cloudbeds Insights, you can use a big collection of prebuilt reports by Cloudbeds or create as many reports as you need. These reports can be exported from the system anytime by following the steps described in this article.
Access Cloudbeds Insights
 Property Owners have access to Cloudbeds Insights by default. Other users must be granted permission by the Property Owner. Learn more: Roles and Permissions.
- Click Menu
- Go to Reporting

Select Cloudbeds Insights (Builder)
Export one of the Cloudbeds Reports or Saved Reports (your custom reports).
Export Cloudbeds Reports
- On the Cloudbeds Reports page, you will see a list of reports created by Cloudbeds.
- Use the search bar or filters to find a specific report.
- Click the report title to open the report.
- If the Auto Refresh is turned off, click Run to get the most updated report.
- Click Actions and select Export.
 You might not see the full report on screen. Some reports contain thousands of entries, which can slow down system performance. To view the complete report, run it and then export it.
- Choose the Export View and Format.
- Formatted Report: Exports the report with headers, groupings, and filter settings (Format: XLSX, PDF).
- Table: Structured report data in table format (Formats: CSV, JSON).
- Details Only: Exports only detail rows for further calculations or system uploads (Formats: XLSX, CSV, JSON, PDF).
- Click Export.
Export Custom Reports (Saved Reports)
- Go to Saved Reports. If you have a specific folder, click the dropdown icon and select/open the folder.

- Use the search bar or filters to find a specific report.
- Click the report title to open the report.
- If you made any changes to the report, make sure to save the report before exporting. Exporting will not include unsaved changes.
- If the Auto Refresh is turned off, click Run to get the most updated report.
- Click Actions and select Export.
- Choose the Export View and Format.
