Introduction
Cloudbeds is introducing a redesigned revenue management experience to help hoteliers review pricing information, understand recommendations, and manage pricing strategy with less complexity. As part of this transition, Cloudbeds Revenue Intelligence is becoming Cloudbeds RMS.
The rollout combines three changes: a redesigned interface, updated pricing workflows, and a new product name. Because the rollout is phased, you may temporarily see a different name or interface depending on when your account is onboarded or migrated.
Rollout timing: Starting September 14, 2026, if you are newly onboarded, you will use the new Cloudbeds RMS experience. If you already use Revenue Intelligence, you will remain on your current experience for now and move to the new experience in a later migration phase.

Why Cloudbeds is updating the experience
The redesigned experience is based on feedback about the time and effort needed to review pricing information and make daily revenue decisions. The new experience is designed to surface the most useful information first, reduce unnecessary complexity, and give you more control over pricing decisions.
What is changing
The new Cloudbeds RMS experience changes how you review pricing information and manage common revenue workflows. The main changes fall into three areas: the interface, pricing workflows, and product naming.
A simpler user experience
The interface is being redesigned so important pricing information is easier to review and act on. Hover and modal patterns reduce the amount of information shown at once so you can focus on the pricing decision you need to make.
The redesigned Cloudbeds RMS navigation keeps the main revenue management areas visible across the top of the page. The following visual moves from Today through Analytics and into Calendar so you can quickly recognize the new layout.
Updated pricing workflows
Several pricing workflows are changing as part of the redesigned experience. You may notice changes in the following areas:
- Bulk Edit: You can update rates across multiple stay dates, accept multiple pricing opportunities, manage selected pricing rules by season or day of week, and lock or unlock multiple dates at once.
- Calendar: Calendar is your main workspace for reviewing pricing information and taking action. You can use different views and pickup timeframes alongside competitor rates, property performance, and supporting context behind pricing recommendations.
- Settings: Pricing settings are simplified, with defaults based on historical data and in-app guidance when a setting may need attention.
- Analytics: The Analytics experience is simplified. The detailed report is being removed, while Hotel and Marketing reports remain available. For additional reporting and analytics options, see Reporting Overview and Navigation.
In Calendar, you can review monthly pricing context and move between the Prices, Occupancy, Revenue, and Competitors views from the same page. The following visual also shows how a selected date opens more detail without turning this overview into a step-by-step workflow.
Bulk Edit is available directly from Calendar so you can manage changes across multiple stay dates without editing each date individually. The visual shows the date and weekday selection followed by the available rule options in the Bulk Edit panel.
Revenue Intelligence is becoming Cloudbeds RMS
Starting with newly onboarded customers on September 14, 2026, the product name Cloudbeds RMS will replace Revenue Intelligence in the new experience.
During the transition, you may continue to see the Revenue Intelligence name and current interface if your account has not yet migrated. Newly onboarded accounts will see Cloudbeds RMS and the redesigned experience.
What this means for existing Revenue Intelligence customers
If you already use Revenue Intelligence, you do not need to move to the new experience on September 14, 2026. Your migration is planned for a later phase, so you can continue using your current Revenue Intelligence experience until your account is migrated.
When your account moves to the new experience, your existing pricing settings and strategy will carry over.
