This transition is all about providing you with enhanced visibility, streamlined processes, and a unified platform, while allowing us to reduce maintenance on older systems.

How it looks
You'll see a banner appear at the top of your Classic Payments reports. This banner is there to notify you of the upcoming change and provide a direct link to your new reporting home:
- For Cloudbeds Payment Users: The link will take you to the equivalent report within the new and improved Payment Portal.
- For Non-Cloudbeds Payment Users: You'll be redirected to the dedicated Cloudbeds Insights Payments section.
Once the transition is complete, you will be automatically redirected to your new reporting hub:
- Cloudbeds Payment Users: Payment Portal Overview Page
- Non-Cloudbeds Payment Users: Cloudbeds Insights Payments Dashboard
To ensure a seamless shift, we strongly encourage you to start exploring Payment Portal and Cloudbeds Insights now, well ahead of the full migration in early 2026.
