Note:
By changing to another payment gateway, you will not have access to previously stored credit card details. The card details of previously added reservations will need to be added manually in order to be processed in the new payment gateway.
Accounts with Cloudbeds Payments enabled:
For security reasons, you must contact our support team to switch to another payment gateway. The change must be performed by our team.
If you are using a different payment gateway, follow the steps below:
- Click Account.
- Select Settings.

- Under the Property Configuration, select Payment Options.
- You will be on the Credit Card tab, scroll down to section Payment Gateway.
- You can see which payment gateway you are currently connected to.
- Click Change and choose the new payment gateway to connect. Click the following link to see the list of Payment Processing Gateways Currently Supported.
- Depending on your gateway, you will need to enter a set of credentials. Learn more: How to Set Up Payment Processing on Cloudbeds PMS
