Connect JumbOnline to Cloudbeds PMS

  • JumbOnline is a hotel wholesaler that connects properties with regional and international travelers. Their offerings include hotel accommodations, transfer services, 24/7 support, and advanced APIs that simplify hotel and transfer integrations.
  • Cloudbeds’ integration with JumbOnline enables seamless synchronization of availability, rates, and reservations (ARI) so you can manage distribution directly from Cloudbeds PMS.
  • Key capabilities include Advanced Channel Rates and support for core restrictions (min/max stay, Closed to Arrival/Departure) with optional per-person pricing.

Connection process

Step 1 - Getting Started

If you do not have a JumbOnline account:

  1. Create an account / start the partnership: email luz.murillo@jumbonline.com to be introduced to the appropriate contractor.
  2. After your account is created, you should receive your Hotel ID and Username.
  3. Request the connection with Cloudbeds by emailing it.supplier.support@jumbonline.com.
  4. Once you receive confirmation from JumbOnline, proceed to Step 2.

If you already have a JumbOnline account:

  1. Request the connection with Cloudbeds by emailing it.supplier.support@jumbonline.com.
  2. After JumbOnline confirms your property is ready, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 - Connect your channel account through Cloudbeds PMS

  1. From your Account Account menu.png, click on Settings Settings.png and go to DistributionDistribution icon.png
  2. On the Discover tab, search for JumbOnline and click the channel card.
  3. Click Enable Channel.
  4. Enter your Hotel ID, Username, and Password. Click Continue.

 

  1. Room Mapping: Map each Cloudbeds accommodation to the matching JumbOnline accommodation (one-to-one).

 Tip: Use strict 1:1 mapping (one Cloudbeds room type to one JumbOnline room type) to avoid sync issues.

 

  1. Rate Plan Mapping: Click Configure to map Cloudbeds rate plans to JumbOnline rate plans. Map at least one rate plan per room.

 

  1. Base Rate Adjustment (optional): Increase or decrease rates for JumbOnline by a percentage or fixed amount, then click Save or Next Step.

 

  1. Extra Settings – Child Policy: Choose whether children under 18 are allowed and set the child age range (start/end ages) to match your JumbOnline extranet.

 

  After completing setup in Cloudbeds, contact the JumbOnline team to request creation of sales rules. Once sales rules are created, proceed with test bookings and go live.
