Cloudbeds Websites Editor AI Assistant - Generate Content and Add Pages

1. Open the Pages panel
   • In the left-hand menu, click Pages.
2. Launch Recommended Pages
   • Select ✨ Page Recommendations.
   • A quick summary of your Business Profile appears for reference if this has not been completed. Your AI Business Profile can be edited here if needed. See Setting Up Your AI Business Profile if needed.

1. Pick your pages
   • After adding your Business Profile details, click on Recommended Pages.
   • You’ll see a list of tailored suggestions (For example, Amenities or Nearby Attractions).
   • Tick the pages you’d like to add.
   • Want fresh ideas? Hit Suggest More for another list.
2. Fine-tune (optional)
   • Click inside any page prompt to give the AI extra guidance—for instance, “Highlight our infinity pool and rooftop bar for couples.”
   • Click Start Building. The tool creates each page with a logical layout: hero, gallery, text sections, calls-to-action, and more.

1. Build pages
   • Add Sections if needed. Hover between two sections, and you’ll see the +Add Section button. Click and select a pre-designed section from the gallery in the left-hand column.
2. Your pages, your way
   • You can even tailor the AI Generation for each section at this time. If unsatisfied with the results, simply click ✨Regenerate Page or Regenerate Page Content to refine the page.
3. Publish or save
   • When you’re happy, click Add Page to Site to publish.
   • If you want to keep polishing, choose Save for Later—the page stays in draft until you’re ready. 

1. Open any page in your site editor and hover between two existing sections. Click + Add Section.
2. Select ✨ AI Assistant from the menu (look for the sparkle icon followed by “AI Assistant”). Describe what you need in the prompt—for example, “Highlight our ocean-view rooms and free breakfast.”
3. Click Generate.
4. Review the new section, tweak text or images, and Save section when you’re happy.

1. In the left panel, choose SEO & Settings and click on SEO
2. Select ✨ Generate Tags with AI
3. Select Image Alt-Text.
4. Click ✨ Generate Alt Text to generate descriptive alt text for every selected image.
5. Scan the results and click Save to apply and publish.

1. In the SEO & Settings > SEO section, click on ✨ Generate Tags with AI. By default, it will display pages with missing Meta Tags. You can either “Missing Meta Tags”, “All Pages”, or “Needs Attention”
2. Click ✨ Generate Meta Tags
3. Click ✨ Generate Meta Tags for All Pages
4. Review the suggested titles (≤ 55 characters) and meta descriptions (≤ 160 characters). Click Next
5. Save Meta Tags

1. Click any Text or Heading widget. In the floating toolbar, tap ✨ AI Assistant.
2. Select from the dropdown the type of text you want to generate (e.g,. Paragraph, New Title, etc.) and describe what you need (e.g., “Friendly welcome paragraph for boutique hostel”).
3. Click Generate.
4. Preview the draft and press Use this Text to insert it or have it Suggest Another. Edit wording or style as desired. 

1. Select an image on your page that opens the image toolbox. Scroll down to the Alt Text field.
2. Click the ✨ icon, and the AI Assistant will generate accurate Alt Text based on the image
   The Assistant suggests descriptive alt text. Edit if necessary.
3. Close the toolbox and you’re done! 

The text editor offers an AI assistant to help you generate content quickly and work more efficiently. The Assistant can complete two types of actions: Quick edits and generating content. Quick edits help you lengthen or shorten existing text. Generate content actions, write new content for titles and paragraphs.

1. Highlight any block of text.
2. Click ✨ AI Assistant to open the menu
3. Pick an action
   • Rewrite (fresh phrasing)
   • Shorten (tighter copy)
   • Lengthen (add detail)
   • Translate (choose a language)
   • Change Tone (formal, friendly, luxury, etc.)
     
     You can then preview the suggestion and press Apply to replace the original. 

1. In the left panel, choose Pages
2. Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the page block.
3. Select Edit Page SEO
4. Next to Page Title or Meta Description, click the AI Assistant icon✨ or ✨ Generate Meta Tags
5. Review the draft
