Change rates and availability on the calendar

This article covers how you can handle your Rates & Availability on the calendar. 

Rate changes

You can update your rates from the calendar:

  1. Click on rate and type a new price
  2. Confirm.

Cloudbeds PMS calendar syncs with channel manager so all the changes will be reflected there as well as on the connected channels.

Availability changes

The amount allotted for sale, rates for long term intervals, restrictions can only be updated on the Availability Matrix

The availability can be changed on the calendar only by creating new reservation or blocks:
